A Story of Innovation, Born in Buffalo, New York
Austin Air was founded more than 30 years ago when Richard Taylor set out on a mission to help his wife breathe better. She had battled respiratory issues and was in and out of the hospital frequently. Using a combination of true medical grade HEPA and activated carbon filtration – the same technology used in hospitals – Richard built a purifier that transformed their lives. What started as a personal quest has since become the largest air cleaning manufacturing facility in the world helping countless others find relief, the same way Richard’s wife did.
